Area Couple Places Dog Shit In Bag As Courtesy To Whomever Has To Pick It Up
Todd Robinson and Heather Nash were walking their one-year old Goldendoodle named Flannery through Forest Park this weekend when it decided to do its business. “We can’t just leave it here right on the trail” remarked Todd. “That would be an asshole move to whoever has to come in here and throw it in the garbage.”
The couple proceeded to courteously place their poop in a plastic bag and leave it near a trail sign so that it was clearly marked for whoever had to come and pick it up after them. “We’re just trying to do the right thing” claimed Heather. “We would be terrible dog owners if the person actually had to touch the poop. Just trying to make it a little easier on the picker-upper.”
Todd and Heather’s exemplary forest stewardship encourages others to leave their bags of poop on top of the first bag. This creates a nice little poop mountain that makes it easier for the magic forest poop fairy to get all the poop at once, as opposed to having to find the iterative turds one by one.
